We have succeeded in a tender for the contract "Construction works in order to change the use of the warehouse for production, including sanitary facilities II. Stage". Roneli has entered into this contract with the company KOMEL Reality and Philip Morris in Kutna Hora. The largest Czech company engaged in the manufacture and distribution of tobacco industry is planning to place a new production line in the area of the existing warehouse. The production area of 2264 square meters will be built in the current storage area, which serves as a warehouse for finished products. Coordination of all technological units will be essential. There will be new plumbing, HVAC, high-voltage, low-voltage installations including measurement and control systems, electronic access control, compressed air distribution systems, fire extinguishing equipment and devices for smoke and heat removal. These installations will be built not only in manufacturing area, in conditioned warehouse for finished products but also in build-in sanitary facilities Work on the contract will start in the second half of September and the whole project should be finished in January next year. The costs are about 35 million CZK.
