Our company successfully completed the construction of a fire station for the volunteer fire brigade (VFB) in the municipality of Opatovice nad Labem.
The VFB fire station building will be used for a local unit of category III/1. In the fire station building, 3 garage spaces were created, one of which will also serve as a workshop. A locker room for 20 people, an emergency toilet, a storage room for contaminated clothes and a cleaning room were also built. Of course, there is also a tower for drying hoses, which will allow the future installation of a climbing training wall. In addition, the garage has an accessible steel mezzanine with sanitary facilities, training room, office, storeroom, cleaning room and access to the tower mezzanine.

New construction of a three-storey apartment block of monolithic construction, in which 28 housing units of 1-room with kitchenette (1kk), 2-room with kitchenette (2kk) and 3-room with kitchenette (3kk) layout were created.

The refurbishment was carried out while the building was in operation and was divided into 3 successive stages. The main structural modifications were carried out on the ground floor and 1st floor levels with an overlap to the roof and the 1st underground level. A new cooking room including the necessary facilities was built on the ground floor. In the 1st floor a tray set system, a cold cuisine and a comfortable canteen for employees were set up.

Our company has successfully completed the construction of an affordable housing building in Havlíčkův Brod. In the course of one year, a new three-storey building with 14 housing units and an adjoining one-storey commercial space will be built. Construction was completed in less than 12 months.

Newly built kindergarten on the premises of Konečná Primary School in Havlíčkův Brod. It is a two-storey building, which includes 3 new departments as well as a kitchen and canteen. The new kindergarten will accommodate 64 children. All connections, paved areas and playgrounds, including all play elements, were also part of the scope of our project. The project was ordered by the town of Havlíčkův Brod.

Our company successfully completed the reconstruction and superstructure of the headquarters building for the K A M A spol. s r.o. company in Prague.
The work was divided into two phases. Within the scope of the first phase, which was completed regardless of the Client’s full operations at the time, the superstructure of the 2nd -floor production and administrative parts of the building was completed. The building was completed insulated and a wooden façade was added to the administrative space. Operations were then partially transferred to the newly built floor and, as part of the second phase of the work, the existing areas on the 1st floor, including the company store, were reconstructed at the same time.

Our company successfully completed the construction of a new building as part of the PET/CT workplace of the Pardubice Regional Hospital. As an addition to the workplace, new areas were built, including a waiting room, a patient prep area, employee day-rooms, a CT examination room, storage areas, a physician’s workroom, an office, and social facilities. The following rooms were also completed for the functionality of the local departments: radiopharmaceutical reception, material filter, drug preparation, application room, drug control, and personnel filter.
This project took 6 months to complete.

Our company, RONELI Construction SE, completed work on the “New Headquarters for the KODYS, spol. s r.o. Company”.
The company’s original administrative building could be found on a plot situated in Prague 5, next to Motol Castle. This building was completely demolished and a new, modern three-storey headquarters for the KODYS company was built in its place.
Apart from the demolition of the previous building and the construction of its replacement, part of our commission also included securing network hook-ups as well as the construction of access roads, 25 parking spots, and asphalt paving.

Our company successfully completed work on the commission “Energy Savings at the Očenášek - Mikulka, spol. s r.o. Compound”. Over six months, the construction of three production halls in the industrial park located on the edge of Prostějov was completed. Part of this project included updating the perimeter and roof covering, including the auxiliary steel construction and roofing components, the thermal insulation structure, the exterior filler openings, and the installation of a new lightning rod. This project was unique in that the work was carried out regardless of the full operation of the Client and their tenants.
