Completion of a brewery study in South Korea

At the end of June our project team under the leadership of Ing. Jaroslav Soukal developed and successfully handed over a brewery study for South Korean partner. Project realization in South Korea should begin next year. Estimated production of the brewery is 50.000 hectoliters of beer per year with possibility of extension to 100,000 hectoliters per year. The study of a brewery built on a greenfield was, at the request of the investor, designed with ability to produce so-called Czech type of beer. The study covers appropriate technology for this kind of beer which will be supplied by Czech manufacturers.
