The superstructure of loft apartments Preslova

Since April our realization team led by a project manager Libor Šoba has been working on a new contract, the completion of loft apartments in the Preslova Street in Prague Nový Smíchov. Our client is a stock company Summer rain. The contract specifically regards the completion of five luxury loft apartments in an attractive part of Prague, in the close vicinity from the business and shopping center Anděl. Cost of the work is approaching six million CZK, completion and handover of the completed flats to the investor is planned for this August.
