Millennium Hotel Tbilisi, Georgia

In Tbilisi, capital of Georgia, Roneli has been working on the construction of Millennium Hotel. Company Roneli is in association with the Czech company Inovat SE and Georgian partners. The subject of their work is complex electrical installation, technical equipment of buildings, HVAC, cooling system and fire-fighting system. The investor is a company Dhabi Group from the United Arab Emirates with the total budget of the contract 230 million CZK.

The completion date is scheduled for July 2015. The distribution of installations has been currently carried out in the thirty-third floor of the new building called Tower. In the next phase we will begin with the reconstruction of the existing building, called Imeli. For our company this has been a challenging but interesting opportunity to work with an international realization team.
