Ceremonial laying of the foundation stone of the retirement home in Nové Město na Moravě

On Friday, 6 May, the ceremonial tapping of the foundation stone of the building called 'Diaconia of the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren (DECCB), Home Pomněnka, Nové Město na Moravě', for which RONELI Stavby SE is the general contractor, took place. The ceremony was attended, among others, by Minister of Labour and Social Affairs Marian Jurečka and Michal Šmarda, Mayor of Nové Město na Moravě.

The building itself is interesting for its architectural concept, especially its non-standard ground plan, which has the form of an asymmetrical ellipse. The Pomněnka Home will also be unique in its environmentally friendly operation. It will recycle heat from the air, draw energy for heating and water heating from deep within the earth, and the roof will be covered with a green cap that filters and retains water.

Standard will be single and double rooms with private sanitary facilities. Pomněnka has a safe yard with park landscaping, and there are common areas for meeting and working with clients.
