Construction of an industrial hall with office facilities in Hradec Králové

Last week our company signed a contract for the construction of a new industrial hall with office facilities for MONTS s.r.o., based in Hradec Králové. On the site of the original hall, which is to be demolished, a new production hall with a load-bearing steel structure clad in sandwich panels will be built. The structural system of the office block is designed as a combination of a monolith and brickwork. Our company’s delivery also includes roads and paved areas within the facility, as well as network relocations/connections, foundations for an outdoor stationary crane, and railway track. The project is unique as both the office block and the hall are designed to meet the requirements for a passive building. The work is scheduled to commence on November 11, 2018, with completion in 13 months. The financial volume of the work is close to CZK 49 million.
